2. Description of Service
SnapSize provides browser-based tools for resizing photos, signatures, and PDFs for use in Indian government forms and applications. All processing occurs locally in your browser; files are never uploaded to our servers.
3. Use of the Service
- You must use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- You must not use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
- You are solely responsible for the files you process and any output you produce.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation.
4. Intellectual Property
The SnapSize name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of SnapSize. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that output files will meet the requirements of any specific form or application.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapSize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Service may display advertisements or contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.
